Your standard packages don’t exactly meet my particular needs. Can I change the contents of a package?
While, the content of most packages is fixed, we offer great flexibility in our Build Your Own Package and in the a la carte offerings. With the Build Your Own Package, you choose 6 items from this list:
- 1 - 8×10 print
- 2 – 5×7 prints
- 1 – 5×7 print + 4 Jumbo Wallets
- 3 – 4×6 prints
- 4 – 3.5 x 5 prints
- 8 Jumbo Wallets (2.5 x 3.5 inches)
- 12 Medium Wallets (2 x 3 inches)
- 16 Exchange Wallets (1.75 x 2.5 inches)
- 8 Jumbo Design Wallets (2.5 x 3.5 inches)
- Class Picture
If the Build Your Own Package doesn’t meet your needs, consider ordering the individual items you need (a la carte).
My child was absent on picture day, but I would like to have school pictures. what can I do?
For our elementary school program, most retake days are scheduled about a month after picture day. Please check on your school’s page on this site because not all schools schedule retake days at school.
We also offer makeup and retake appointments at the MotoPhoto in Shaker Heights. There is no charge to have the in-studio sitting. To make an appointment, please call 216-751-6686 x105. MotoPhoto is located at 20116 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Heights, OH 44122.
I pre-ordered my pictures. After reviewing the proofs, I decided I liked a different pose better than the one you chose. Can I have the other one?
Sure. Just return the original package with the proofs sheet. Let us know which picture you prefer, and we will reprint it for you. There is no charge for the exchange, but if you would like us to ship the replacement package to you, you will be charged for shipping.
When should I expect to get my order?
For items ordered through the school on or before picture day, the packages are delivered to the school about 3 weeks after picture day. If you have waited to view the proofs, and then placed your order online or by mail, your package should be available about 1 week after we receive it. If you have not paid for shipping, we will call or email you to let you know your order is ready for pickup. If you have paid for shipping, please add 3 days for delivery.
September is a bad time for my family budget. Can I order after picture day?
Yes. About 3 weeks after picture day, we will deliver proofs of the pictures we took of your child to your school. These proof should be sent home by your child’s teacher.
You may order by filling out this proof form, and mailing or bringing it with payment to ProEventPhoto at 20116 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44122. The proof will also contain the information you will need to access the images online. This will include the last name (exactly as we have it recorded) and the password for the student. Click on “View and Order Pictures From Your Event,” above. Locate your school. Enter the two pieces of information requested. You may place on an online order here.
