| Q. |
What are the difference between your Prepay Programs and Proof Programs? |
| A. |
In our tradional school picture program we typically take several pictures of a single pose - generally with the child seated. We offer either the seated pose, or a head and shoulder version of that pose. The primary factor in choosing the picture to print is which smile is best. Parents typically purchase a single pose. Our packages focus on a single pose, and often include a class picture. In this case, we offer a prepay option.
For our spring program, we use multiple, very distinct poses. Parents may choose one, two, or even three poses. Poses may be combined to make collages. Sometimes the poses are of one child, sometimes more than one. With so many options, we would rather have the parents make the choices from proofs. |

| Q. |
Where can I see my child's poses? |
| A. |
ProEventPhoto will provide you with two ways to view the portraits before choosing. You can view your portraits online at ProEventPhoto.com. To view, you will need the school password. Enter the child’s last name only, not the class. You may place an order online.
Or, view paper proofs, returned to the school. You may place an order using the paper proofs by mailing the form to ProEventPhoto with payment.
Some schools also require an individual password. This password will be issued with the paper proofs. For security reasons, these passwords cannot be given out over the phone. If you lose this password, please contact the school. |

| Q. |
What does retouching do? |
| A. |
Retouching normally removes blemishes and scratches. Generally, we try to leave permanent features such as moles and remove temporary blemishes. If you have something special you would like us to work on, please make a note. |

| Q. |
I would like to have a picture of my two children together. How do I let you know? |
| A. |
The flier which announced picture day included a section to request family portraits. Please fill it out and give it to the teacher or office so that we are aware of your request.
Sibling pictures are done as time is available. First priority is given to keeping to the established schedule to minimize classroom disruption. |
