Why should I prepay? |

By prepaying, you get a discount of about 15%. When you prepay, your pictures are delivered to the school. If you choose to order from proofs or online, you will either pick up your portraits at the MotoPhoto in Shaker Heights, or pay for mailing to your home. When you prepay, ProEventPhoto will choose the pose for your package. |

What if I want to see the pictures before I make up my mind? |
| A. |
ProEventPhoto will provide you with two ways to view the portraits before choosing. You can view your portraits online at ProEventPhoto.com. To view, you will need the school password. Enter the child’s last name only, not the class. You may place an order online.
Or, view paper proofs, returned to the school. You may place an order using the paper proofs by mailing the form to ProEventPhoto with payment.
Some schools also require an individual password. This password will be issued with the paper proofs. For security reasons, these passwords cannot be given out over the phone. If you lose this password, please contact the school. |

What if I want multiple poses? |
| A. |
Each package contains only one pose. To add more poses, we recommend using the a la carte items (one pose per item). |

I want a combination of prints which are different from any of your packages. Can I order just what I want? |
| A. |
Yes, you build your order to meet your needs. It is not necessary to order a package to order the a la carte items, although many parents choose to do so. You may specify a different pose for each a la carte item you order. |

What is the difference between a jumbo wallet and an exchange wallet? |
| A. |
A jumbo wallet is 2½ inches by 3½ inches – about the size of a credit card. An exchange wallet is half that size – 1 7/8 inches by 2½ inches. |

What does retouching do? |
| A. |
Retouching normally removes blemishes and scratches. Generally, we try to leave permanent features such as moles and remove temporary blemishes. If you have something special you would like us to work on, please make a note. |

I would like to have a picture of my two children together. How do I let you know? |
| A. |
Please fill out an order envelope with the names of both children at the top. Give this to the teacher. If you would like to view the pictures before placing an order, please write “order online” or “order later” in the order section.
Sibling pictures are done as time is available. First priority is given to keeping to the established schedule to minimize classroom disruption. For this reason, we ask that if you are considering bringing a child from outside the school for a sibling picture, please use our schedule a sitting at our portrait studio instead. |

My child was sick on picture day.
My child is part-time and does not attend on the day scheduled for his class, and I cannot bring him in that day.
I forgot it was picture day and so my daughter was not dressed the way I wanted her for picture day.
We were having a bad hair day on picture day.
My child was having a bad day and was grumpy for picture day.

If your school is having a multiple-day shoot, you may bring the child on another day. Please let us know that this is a special situation so that, if your school is doing class pictures, we can take a full body portrait so that your child may be included in the class picture.
You may also wish to consider an in-studio retake. Please call us at 216-991-6686 to schedule an appointment. There is no charge for the make-up sitting. If your child was unavailable for the class picture, the in-studio sitting will need to occur within 2 days of the end of the shoot in order for the child to be included in the class picture. Note the an in-studio sitting may happen before picture day at the school. |

What if I prefer a pose other than the one ProEventPhoto chose? |

We will be happy to trade the full package for a replacement. Present the original, uncut package at MotoPhoto at the Van Aken Center in Shaker Heights. |

I would like to sit down and discuss the pictures and my options with someone before placing my order. Can I just stop by your store? |

We ask that you make an appointment for this purpose, so that we can be sure that a trained person is available to work with you. You may make an appointment by calling the store at 216-991-6686, or online at motophotoshakerheights.com. |
