How to Order from Proofs
Orders submitted to the school before deadline
After picture day you will receive a proof / order form through the school. It will come in an envelope labeled with your child's name and class.
On the front of the form, you will see the images. Choose the images you like best and find the file number under the image.
Using the file number, fill in your order in the Order information section.
On the back of the form, fill in your contact information. We'll need this if we have a question about your order.
Fill in your payment information.
Put your order form and payment back into the envelope. Seal the envelope and turn it in to the school by the deadline.
If you turn your order in before the deadline you are eligible for the regular price.
Late orders
If you miss the deadline, pay the "later" price. Be sure to include the shipping fee.
