How to Order from Proofs

You will receive a proof / order form through the school.

Fill out the form, attach payment and turn it in to the preschool office 10/31/08.

If you miss the deadline, you may mail the form to:

You may choose to have your purchases shipped to you for a fee, or you may choose to pick them up at MotoPhoto at the Van Aken Center in Shaker Heights. You will be called when they are ready for pickup. Orders received after the primary delivery is made to the schools will not be shipped to the school.
