How To Make An Appointment

There are several ways to make an appointment for your senior portrait.

Online (Available 24 hours a day)

• Click on the Make Appointment button below.
• You will be taken to the MotoPhoto Appointment Scheduler.
• You may save time by logging in.  A login and password has been created for each Shaker Senior based on information provided by the school.  Your login is your last name followed by your first name.  Your password is the numeric portion of your street address.  For example, Anna Smith living at 17523 Van Aken would have a login name of SMITHANNA and a password of 17523.

• You will be prompted for a choice of staff member.  If you have a choice of photographer, click on that photographer.  Otherwise, click on “No Preference”
• You will be prompted to Select Service Type.  Select either the Express “MotoPortraits for Seniors (0-1 changes) ” for up to one change of clothes or the Extended "MotoPortraits for Seniors (2-3 changes)" for time to change into up to three outfits.

• Using the calendar, choose a date for your appointment.
• The schedule for the selected date will be displayed.  White boxes are open appointments.
• The MotoPortraits For Seniors appointment either 30 minutes (Express) or 1 hour (Extended).  The schedule shows appointments which may start on the hour or half hour.  For the extended appointment choose an appointment time which has two consecutive open times.  Click on the first (earlier) box.

• If you did not log in, you will be asked to provide contact information and set up an account.
• You can leave a message for the photographer in the special instructions box, if you wish.
• You may enter your email to get a reminder of the appointment.  You can also enter a second email, if you would like your parents to be reminded as well.
• Click on “Finalize Appointment”.

• You will have an opportunity to print an appointment reminder.  You can also look at your appointment history and cancel and reschedule an appointment.
• Click on Account to make sure we have current information for you.
