How to View and Purchase Online

Locate the entry for your school in the "View and Order" section of the navigation bar immediately to the left. Click on that link.

A new window will appear to that you can follow along with these instructions.

Your school's events will appear. Select your event. Be sure to pay attention to the year!

Read the information about ordering on this site, then hit continue.

Enter the student's last name and ID number. The id number may be found on your student id card, your grade report cards, and the proofs we send you.

You will be shown a series of thumbnail pictures of the student. Click on a picture to view it larger.

To view the pricing, click on select a package.

To view the contents of the packages, click on details.

If you need to talk to us, please note the image name, which is located UNDER the image. The numbers above the image (e.g. 7 of 9) are not helpful.

To place an order, enlarge the picture you wish to order, select the item from the dropdown menu, then add the purchase to your shopping cart.

To order a class picture, choose your child's individual picture and select class picture under the packages. We will print the class picture for your child. Alternatively, look in the class pictures event.

When you have put everything you want in your shopping cart, review the cart, then use our secure checkout to pay.

You may choose to have your purchases shipped to you for a fee, or you may choose to pick them up at MotoPhoto at the Van Aken Center in Shaker Heights. You will be called or emailed when they are ready for pickup.
