How to View and Purchase Online
On picture day you may have decided that you wanted to see the images before placing your order. Or, in the craziness that is morning, you may have left the picture day envelope on the kitchen table. Or, maybe you just were not ready to order yet.
Once the prepaid packages have been distributed to the schools (about 3 weeks after picture day), you can view the images online, and here is how you can do that.
Click on View and Order Online in the menu on the left.
Your school's events will appear. You may see the original picture day and retakes. Click on the event you want.
Verify that the Photo Type is "Member" for students.
Enter the student's last name and password number. The password (ID number) may be found on the proofs we send you. We also provide a copy of the passwords to the school.
You will be shown a series of thumbnail pictures of the student. Click on a picture to view it larger.
You will see the enlarged picture and purchase options. Basic 8x10s, 5x7s, and wallets appear under "Prints."
To view packages, click on "Packages".
To view the contents of the packages, click on details.
You can also purchase the images for download. They appear under Digital Products.
If you need to talk to us, please note the image name, which is located UNDER the image.
To place an order, enlarge the picture you wish to order, select the item from the menu, then click the "add to cart" button. You may review the shopping cart contents by clicking on check out.
You will see a summary screen.
To check out, click on the Secure "Checkout" button. You will be led through a series of screens to complete your transaction.
You may choose to have your purchases shipped to you for a fee, or you may choose to pick them up at MotoPhoto in Shaker Heights.
You will be called or emailed when your purchase is ready for pickup.
