Q: Can I order a la carte without ordering a package first?
A: Yes. If our packages don't exactly match your needs, you may order any combination of items that make sense for you. Or, check out our Create your Own Package, which offers great flexibility.

Q: I am not prepared to place my order on picture day. Can I order later?
A: Yes. You can order later from our proof order form, or using our website. However, by ordering on picture day, you may qualify for certain discounts. The images are available online about the same time that proofs and prepaid package are distributed, about three weeks after picture day.

Q: MotoPhoto is right here in the neighborhood. Can't I just stop by and talk to someone?
A: Sure. If you want to just drop off an order form with payment, stop by at your convenience. You can leave order forms with the lab staff. Click here to see the current store hours.

If you would like to sit down with one of our associates and review your pictures, talk about using the portraits in a collage or gift item, and place order, please call and make an appointment. When you have an appointment, you are assured that someone will be available to work with you, saving you time. We are generally available 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, although based on our shooting schedule, it is possible that everyone could be out on location.

Q: How long are pictures available for purchase?
A: Pictures will be available on the website through the end of the school year. During the summer, we remove them to make space for the coming year's pictures. For orders after the end of the school year, please contact us for information about expired events. We may be able to restore them for you. Pictures ordered after the event has expired generally carry a premium price.
