Schedule

Picture Day for grades K-8 is October 14, 2009. Retake Day is November 4, 2009.

Picture Days for Preschool are October 27 and 28, 2009. Preschool retakes are done on November 4 or at the Motophoto Studio in Shaker Heights.

Clubs and Sports pictures are scheduled for January 20, 2010.

Graduating Students Picture Day is scheduled for May 4, 2010.

Studio retakes/makeups are available starting in October. The pictures are taken at:

To make an appointment for an in-studio appointment, call 216-991-EVENT/991-3836 or 216-751-6686 x103 or click the button below. Your appointment type is "K-11 School Picture." There is no charge for the in-studio makeup/retake appointment.

Packages and Pricing

School picture order envelopes will be handed out at school. However, if the envelope did not make it home, you may print a copy by clicking on the button below. Place the order form in an envelope with your payment. Write the student's name, grade and teacher on the front of the envelope. Send the envelope to school on or before picture day.

Alternatively, you may select your package and prepay online by clicking the button below. Please note that online prepayments must be completed by the day before picture day. Prepay online is not available for retake day.

Q: Can I order a la carte without ordering a package first?
A: Yes. If our packages don't exactly match your needs, you may order any combination of items that make sense for you.

Q: I am not prepared to place my order on picture day. Can I order later?
A: Yes. You can order later from our proof order form, or using our website. However, by ordering on picture day, you may qualify for certain discounts.

Note that the Preschool is included with K-8 on the viewing site.

Q: MotoPhoto is less than 10 minutes from the school. Can't I just stop by and talk to someone?
A: Sure. If you want to just drop off an order form with payment, stop by at your convenience. Click here to see the current store hours.

If you would like to sit down with one of our associates and review your pictures, talk about using the portraits in a collage or gift item, and place order, please call and make an appointment. When you have an appointment, you are assured that someone will be available to work with you, saving you time.

Q: How long are pictures available for purchase?
A: Pictures will be available on the website through the end of the school year. During the summer, we remove them to make space for the coming year's pictures. For orders after the end of the school year, please contact us for information about expired events.
